What happens after I sign the contract?

Who pays for and owns my domain and web hosting, and will you help set it up?
Option 1: you buy, own and renew the domain, hosting, SSL certificate and security protection yourself, and you keep the username and password. You set them up yourself, and I upload the site to your hosting.
Option 2: I set up, pay for, renew and manage them for you, and they stay in my name while I pay for them. The total is about $100 a year as of 2026, added to your contract at cost with no markup. There is no exit fee: when you leave, tell me and I transfer the domain and your website files to you.
